Outlook 2003 Hotmail Connector

Hi,

I use Outlook Connector on my work laptop to sync my hotmail so I can view
it on my outlook.

However, I get the following error message upon clicking "send and recieve":-
"Time: 13/07/2009 09:39:18
Error in Mail
Error with Send/Receive.
Look for a log in the Sync Issues folder."

How do I rectify this? I've tried uninstalling Outlook Connector and
re-installing it but it hasn't made a difference. I can't even seem to find
a folder anywhere on my laptop called "sync issues" to be able to see the log!

It does show me my hotmail emails on outlook however doesn't sync
read/deleted ones back to hotmail. So when I log onto hotmail itself, emails
I have read/deleted etc still show in my inbox as unread.

It's driving me crazy! How can I fix it?

There should be a sync issues folder when you look at the folder list
(Ctrl+6).

This is the error message I have. Does anyone know what it means and how to
fix it?
