On launching Outlook, it downloads emails successfully from free hotmail a/c.
However if I send an email to myself it never gets downloaded till I restart
outlook. F9 still does not do it. I am able to send emails anytime though.

Log file has:
Outlook Connector Version 12.0.4518.1063
....

repeat of this

Error with Send/Receive.
Look for a log in the Sync Issues folder.

It's got something to do with junk email addresses, I think. In any event,
here are the steps I took to get it working:

- I first removed all blocked and safe senders, though I think much of that
is handled by the below...
- Close Outlook
- Uninstall Outlook Connector
- Delete the mail profile for Outlook (Control Panel>Mail)
- Delete the contents of the following directories:
(C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook)
(C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook)
- Reinstall Outlook Connector

Good luck.
