outlook 2003 icons blur in windows 2000, how to correct?

Hi, all:

I recently installed outlook 2003 in my Window 2000 oprating system, all the
icons within outlook2003 appears blur and not sharp at all! I also noticed
the same thing happen to frontpage 2003, what gives? how could I correct
this???

please help.
