I have no idea what happened. Must have picked up somethihng although I do run Norton and AVG. My computer dumped on me this morning with some kernel_stack_inpage_error and had to shut down. when restarting, it went through a file check and after that, I cannot get into microsoft outlook at all. Comes up with the the message with something about c:\documents and settings\~~~~~~~~~\mailbox.pst.
Anyone have any clue?

Are you running Windows XP?

Can you go to Start>Settings>Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Event Viewer -find and post the exact error details - there will be an error number like 0x0000016D or similar :thumb:

You state that you run Norton and AVG - are you using 2 Antivirus programs at the same time? - this is not advisable, as they can conflict with each other.

Some errors such as these can be the result of a Boot Sector Virus - update and run an AV check.
