Outlook Outlook 2003 no longer opens

Since updating to office 365 I have used outlook 2003 for my envelopes and labels to get my addresses. As of the last Microsoft long update i no longer can use outlook 2003. I get Runtime terminates my program with Kaspersky Lab on or off.

" Kaspersky Anti-Virus has encountered a problem. Crash dump has been written to C:\Program Data\Kaspersky Lab\KAV.17.0.0611j_01.19_17.39_87 160.mcou.dll.dmp

"OFFICE11\OUTLOOK.EXE The application has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way."

Is there maybe a com add-in active in Outlook? Try setting all active add-ins to inactive.
