Runtime error when creating new message in Outlook 2003

Every time I send a new message in Outlook 2003, I get a popup error message:

"Runtime Error! Microsoft Office/OFFICE11/WINWORD.EXE
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way"

It still sends the message, but it is very annoying and I don't know if it
affects anything else.

Have you tried Help>Detect and Repair?
