Outlook 200 letter wizard/logo

When I use the letter wizard from Outlook 2000, my logo does not not show up.
I am picking the correct template and I have not checked the pre-printed
letterhead box. Can this be corrected?

There is no letter wizard in Outlook. You must be using Word as your email
editor. Word uses an email template with Outlook, not the letter templates. I
don't know if you can use Outlook 2000 to set this up, but you can do it with
2003 version. Directions:

Mary,

When I open a contact in Outlook 2000 and choose "Actions" then "New Letter
to Contact" a Word letter Wizard opens. I have the choice of which Word
template I can use. When I pick the template that has my logo attached and
complete the wizard my letter comes out fine accept my logo does not show up.
So my question really is how can I get my logo to appear in the Word document
that was accessed through Outlook?
