new letter to contact problem

I will list the steps I take to write a letter to a contact.

1 Select Microsoft Outlook
2 Select a contact
3 Select New letter to Contact
5 Line wizard appears.
6 Select date line Yes
7 Include Header & Footer No
8 Preprinted Letterhead Select Yes
9 How much space does the Letter Head need? 4.5pt


1 Letterhead prints at top of page.

2 I cannot select 4.5pt or rather it goes back to 1 pt spacing!

You are talking about a Word template here. Not an Outlook issue. Most of us
abandoned this Wizard years ago because it is so dysfunctional.
