New Letter To Contact doesnt work

Hi,
When I run the letter wizard (in Action->New Letter To Contact) I can
select
my customized template but it does not preview it nor the graphics in the
template appear in MS Word. Is there a fix to this?

Any help is much appreciated.

You cannot load boilerplate text or grahpics into the body of the letter
template. You must create AutoText entries for the boilerplate.
