Letter To Contact Using Word Wizard

When I use the new letter to contact facility in Outlook (2003), it links
with the new letter wizard in Word. I have created a customised template
which contains a text block. If I access the template from Word, the text
block shows no problem. But when I access through Outlook, the text block -
and the font settings - do not appear.
Any suggestions?

How did you name your template? IIRC, you need to put the work "letter" in
the template in order to be able to choose it for the new letter to contact.

I called it "Home Letter2.dot" and it shows up in the General Tab of Word
Templates. I have no problem in choosing the template, its just that when
Outlook populates the address field, it seems to overwrite all other text and
formatting in the template.
