Letter From Outlook Using Word Template

When I use the new letter to contact facility in Outlook (2003), it links
with the new letter wizard in Word. I have created a customised template
which contains a text block. If I access the template from Word, the text
block shows no problem. But when I access through Outlook, the text block -
and the font settings - do not appear.
Any suggestions?

product that's part of Office Professional.

You'd be best off reposting your question to a newsgroup related to Outlook.
