Open word and input field from access

Hi,
I need this urgently. Can anyone help. I manged to open a word template
document (a letter to the client) from access using a command button, code
application.followhyperlink...
I have the client address and names in the access. I want to use these
fields, to insert address for the letter(word template), instead of typing it
in word. How can I do that. Also, I want to select the name of the client. (
I do not want the entire database client to be printed)
