logo not displaying in outlook 2003

When I receive email with a logo signature it does not display in my Outlook
2003.
It just shows a red X in a box.
When I hover over it shows 'Blocked: http://www.sitename.com'
If I click on it, it brings me to the web site.
How can I get the logo to be unblocked?

I can't find
C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\OLK
I have C:\Documents and Settings\Myusername\Local Settings
But there are only 3 folders. Application Data, Apps, and Temp.
If I open up temp it contains 15,000 files and 591 folders. None that start
with OLK.

Are you viewing hidden folders and files? Use Windows Explorer (Tools >
Options) to be able to see everything.

You have system files hidden. That's why you can't see it. There's a tool
that will automate emptying the folder here:

I aready had show hidden files & folders selected.
I did try the tool and it found C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local
Settings\Temporary Internet Files\OLKAB not OLK.
I had a hard time deleting the files but was able to move them to another
folder and now it works.
Thank you.

The folder will start with "OLK" and have characters after that, as you
noticed. The characters following "OLK" will be randomly generated when the
folder gets created.
