Logo on signature not showing

I am having trouble inserting a logo in a signature. For all the other PC's
in our office the logo works.
We have inserted it using the advanced edit procedure provided in How to
Microsoft.
We have changed the logo to different file types ie gif etc.
The logo appears when you go into edit signature, it is just when you bring
up a new email ie go to use it and where the logo should be is a redX box.

Went to site provided but cannot find the temporary internet files folder.
Will soldier on. Do you have any other suggestions.

Now found temp internet files - they were hidden, deleted and still email
logo not working.
