Only I can print

I just installed an HP Deskjet 648C printer with the latest drivers
downloaded from HP onto my Windows 2000 system. In the printer
properties dialog, if I hit "print test page" it prints properly.

However, if I log off and one of my other users logs on, and they go
to Printer Properties and click on "print test page". It briefly
flashes across the print queue, but nothing prints. The printer
remains silent and motionless.

I checked the Security tab on Print Properties. It gives "print"
permission to "everyone."

I have administrator rights and can print. My user who can't print
has "power users" rights.

Can anyone suggest what else I could check?

P.S. I get the same results with *any* document, not just the test
page. It can only print when I am logged in.
