one of my users' appointments is always an hour off

one of my users' appointments is always an hour off, His system time is
correct but when someone schedules a meeting for 10am, he gets the
invite for 11am. Is there somewhere to set that?

that's the first thing that I checked. He just got an meeting request
for the 17th and it showed up on his computer as the 12th.
