On resume password protect instead of display welcome screen

For some reason my computer wont display the welcome screen after i wake it
from the screen saver instead it shows some ugly F***in login in box. this
problem has been haunting me for a while. anyone know how to fix it?

Right click Desktop > ScreenSaver > Enable On resume, display Welcome Screen

see there is the problem i go to screensaver options and where it should say
display welcome screen it says on resume password protect.

Right click Desktop > ScreenSaver > Enable On resume, display Welcome Screen

Go into the User Accounts control panel, "Change the way users log on" and
make sure the option for Welcome Screen is picked.
