On resume login - display welcome screen

In windows XP Pro SP2 the check box for the screen saver has: "On resume,
password protect". It use to say: "On resume, display welcome screen"

Does anybody know how to display the welcome screen instead of the screen
savers last users password when the computer is reactivated after inactivity?

This happens if there is only one user account active in your system.

Thank you. When I activated fast user switching it changed.
