OE Problem

I am running XP Home, IE 6 and OE.
Lately, and I tie it to Vista going RTM, I have been having problems
with OE. I get the big 'X' and the message about server problems.
This also occurs on another email address that delivers thru my same MSN
POP3 email.
I have no problem with my ISP's POP3 email which delivers thru OE.
And - this happens on both my computers that are networked together.
-- I can click on send/receive several times and it will then receive all 3
of my addresses OK.
I'm wondering if MS has reduced OE's server(s) or if maybe they are
starting the old game of eliminating their POP3.
Has anybody else noticed any changes on their MSN POP3 email receiving?
This is a new problem that has just started occurring.

This has nothing to do with Vista going RTM. Are you into conspiracy
theories?
