Not receiving mail from a specific address

For the past 12 days, messages that my wife has forwarded from her office
address to our home addresses (one each) has not been received. Other mail is
being received and new messages that she creates from her office address are
received OK. She gets no error messages or non-delivery alerts. It worked OK
until 16 July but not since. Any clues?

Are the missing messages available in the inbox of the account's webmail
page?

Also check the spam/junk e-mail folders in Windows Mail and on webmail.
