not receiving certain e-mail

I am not receiving e-mail from a particular person. She says that the mail
bounces back to her and says my computer thinks her mail is spam. I added her
to the safe sender list, but she is still unable to e-mail me. How do I fix
this?

It is probably being bounced by your Internet mail service, not your vista
mail client on your computer. You would need to go to the web entrance to
your email on your server and fix the problem there.

Adding her to the Safe Senders list will not help that problem.
The email is being rejected at an earlier point in the communications
channel, probably by the destination mail server. Further analysis
would require posting a verbatim copy of the bounce notice.
As a short term fix, ask that person to send to you from her webmail.

Uh-oh, computer talk...don't know what you are talking about. Can you explain
to me in simple talk? Is there a way to get instructions on how to fix it?
Thanks

He means you need to log on to the internet and access your email from
there. Whomever your email service is through (your ISP, Hotmail, Gmail,
Yahoo, etc.) they have an internet access to email - an email website. Go
there and try adding the person to the Safe Sender list at that location.
How to do that once you access that website depends on who the email service
is - but you can probably find it if you poke around a bit.

Email hits there first before being sent on to Windows Mail, so this might
fix the problem if that's who's bouncing it back.
