How do I unblock a sender that I haven't blocked?

Help! I've been trying for over a month to unblock my sister's email
messages. I even have her on my "safe list." She is not in my block sender
list for junk mail either, nor does her messages appear in my junk mail
folder. I've even cleared out my block sender list too. I used to receive
her messages and all of a sudden, they stopped. All my other family members
receive her messages every day too. I called Cox Communications, but they
said it's a Windows mail problem. Please advise. Thanks

Did you check out the International tab in Junk options, ensure that your
sisters domain is not included in the list.

Try creating a message rule to pick up her messages, and have it direct them
to a folder that you create for the purpose?
Tools>message rules.

Add 'stop processing more rules' to the rule, and move it to the top of the
list of rules.

HTH?

Okay HTH,

I just checked the international domains for junk mail and none of them are
checked. Her email extension is: name.cs.com, so that was a good call, but
the cs international domain, like all others, is unchecked.

I will also try your message rule suggestion and get back with you.

Thanks!

Gary,

Yes, I've tried this long ago. Good suggestion. The webmail does not show
her messages either, yet all my other siblings and friends messages are there.

My guess then, in light of the above, maybe your sister has entered an
incorrect email address for you in her contacts?

If the webmail inbox doesn't have the missing messages, then how
do you expect Windows Mail to download what isn't on the server?

The problem lies elsewhere. Does your webmail have a spam
folder, and if so, have you looked in it?
