Junk email blocked

My Junk email has a red circle of some sort and the junk mail is going to my
incoming mail. I have searched and I can not find a way to un-block it so
all blocked mail go to junk. When I open messages, then options there is
"unblock" but it is not highlighted so I can no get my junk mail in the junk
mail slot.
Can you tell me what to do?

Go to Tools | Junk email options and see if you can find something there to
fix it. If not, then try compacting and repairing the database with my
Windows Mail utility (www.oehelp.com/WMUtil/).

"red circle problem"?

Do you mean the one on the Junk E-mail folder in the list of Folders?

If so, that is the DEFAULT icon, nothing wrong with that.

If you have some other problem with Junk mail then please elaborate.
