How to View Blocked Senders list??

My junk mail filter seems to have gone awry. It sometimes blocks messages
from people that I want delivered to my IN box and sometimes lets messages
through that are labeled SPAM:low even though they AREN'T spam and they are
messages from people that I regularly correspond with.

Here's my question -- I'd like to be able to see the list of Blocked Senders
and the list of Safe Senders but I don't know how to view it. The HELP pages
indicate that I should go to Messages | Junk Email | Junk Email Options. I
have NOTHING that says "Junk Email Options". How do I get to these alleged
'options'?

P.S. Would it kill someone to put the discussion groups in Alpha order????
Having to wade through an endless list of unalphabetized discussion groups is
really annoying -- yet another way that Microsoft appears to make it
difficult to find user help. Argh.

The only way I have found is to first open any email. Now click on the TOOLS
menu in the opened email, and then the JUNK E-MAIL OPTIONS.

Guess what, everyone's junk filter does that.
Classifying suspected spam messages correctly is more of an art
than a science.

It isn't clear what you mean by "labeled SPAM:low". Windows Mail
does not label any messages. Are you using a third party spam filter
or a security suite that includes an anti-spam module?

You can see the Blocked Senders and Safe Senders lists here:
Tools, Junk E-mail Options, click the desired tab.

The web interface to this newsgroup is very primitive and buggy.
I suggest you access newsgroups the way they were meant to be
accessed: with your Windows Mail news reader. To get started,
double-click on Microsoft Communities in the folder list on the left.
