Blocked senders list

I want to copy the blocked senders list to my individual black list of my
provider.
How can i get a copy of the blocked senders list or respectively safe
senders list?

If you are familiar with the registry, open regedit.exe and export this key:
HKCU, Software, Microsoft, Windows Mail, Blocked Senders List.
The Safe Senders List is there also.
