Blocked senders list

I belong to a group that has several members who post messages about the same
topic over and over and in the past I have been able to add them to my
blocked senders list and filter them out. Recently my blocked senders have
been getting through even though I keep readding them to the list. My os is
vista. The filter worked for almost a year and just suddenly stopped. Has
anyone else experienced this problem and is there a fix for it?

You can try a couple of things. One is to compact and repair the database
(www.oehelp.com/WMUTil/) and see if that helps. The other might be to clear
the blocked sender list and then try setting it up again. You might ensure
that the From line actually contains the user name you are blocking also.
Also beware of anti-spyware and such that blocks changes in the registry
(e.g. blocked sender list) and if you have such, disable it.
