not happy with windows xp

Well need some information please...got a computer for my
daughter and with the windows xp on it we cannot use any
of the folowing equiptment...printer ,scanner, and
digital camera.. because they dont have the windows xp
lable on it,,. and it will not allow me to install any of
it due to it stating not compatible..how can I get
windows 2000 instead of xp ..PLEASE HELP.//.

you must first buy Windows 2000, format your hard drive and then install
2000

You would have to buy Windows 2000.
Then you would need to look for Windows 2000 drivers for all the
hardware.

Before you do that, make sure there are no Windows XP drivers at the
manufacturers website.
Often if there are no Windows XP drivers, Windows 2000 drivers work.
