no sound

It was working fine untill i upgraded from win 98
to win 2000 professional, after that i lost all
sound, what can i do to fix this

download and install the current drivers for that os and soundcard.

You may also find that the sound card is not supported under W2K. A lot of
older ones are not. If that is the case, you wiill need to obtain a new one.
Low end cards are pretty inexpensive.
