No right click menu in start menu items

Suddenly I am unable to get the right click menu while in the Start |
Programs menu. I have always been able to up till now. Can always right
click any desktop icon and inside folders.. Only doesnt work in start menu.
Need to re-sort my program list and sub menu won't come up.
No changes to my system since installation.

Any ideas?

Try this.
Start Menu>Settings>Taskbar and Start Menu.
Select the Start Menu tab and then the Customize button.
Scroll through the Advanced Start Menu Options - ensure that 'Enable
dragging and dropping' is checked.

Martin... U da Man! That was it. I wish all my issues with windows SBS2000
were this easy. Thanks for the prompt response.
