NNTP problem

I have subscribed the group.the NNTP server is freenews.netfront.net.The
NNTP is not by the ISP.
I can download the messages and the conversation. But can not post the
querry or response to the conversatoin.
The Outlook Express responds by " error 440. Not permitted to post".
With other connections I get "Error no 10060 i.e. No socket error.NNTP Protocol"
PLease guide.

You need to obtain a account with a news server that allows posting.
Most of the time these have limited news groups and posting privileges for
free accounts. One of the best free is http://individual.net
