new printer

Did it come with a CD and did you use the CD yet?
Are you sure your printer is connected to the computer box by a cable?
 
Kinda vague as to any history with it.
Have you uninstalled the old printer in add/remove progr-
ams,then open device mgr.,uninstall,then shutdown compu-
ter.Attach new,then add software when,found new hardware
wizard starts.
