network printer network

I adding new user to our domain but I do not know why he is not able to print
any document from a wireless network printer. Everyone in the domain able
to print document and this printer is shared on the network. It is weird that
the new user able to print his document on another network printer. I also
assign her(add her user account to printer) to be able to manage the wirless
printer but the printer does not go thru.
Anyone have idea why it does not work? Thanks
