network printer not working after sp3 installed

please help me in my office workgroup everybody is able to print in network
printer
but in this pc after installing xp sp3 network printers not working and i
reintalled
network printers no use..he is able use other network resources..no problem..
then restored pc before sp3 installation but no use..kindly help me.
(it is dell optiplex 330 new pc..before sp3 installation everything was ok.)

Which model of network printer?

Which firewall software installed on this PC? Some network drivers
have separate "controls" for the access to the printer and the
firewall must be told to trust this software to access the network.

1) Firewall
2) File & Print Sharing
