netscape 7

I am having trouble with winxp pro - I have installed netscape 7 but it won't
start up. I downloaded Adobe Reader 7 but adobe won't install. Any ideas?
What is it with WinXP?

Win XP normally is fine with both those applications. Please describe your
system and which version of XP, including service pack.

The help line for Netscape is 1(800) 411-0707.
You may need to visit the Adobe website for their help.
