Fans are ramping up like mad.

I have Microsoft Office Pro 2019 installed on my PC. Over the last couple of weeks when I open Outlook the fans on my PC suddenly ramp up. PC sounds like a plane about to take off. My D drive which is a 4TB Seagate mechanical drive also spins up like mad. I'm not sure what is going on. Google is not much help either.
