I have netscantools program to know all the IPs on my network and I am not
use DHCP tools
on my windows 2000 AD network, my question is: I have ip on my network
192.168.0.85 I have no idea for
who this IP? there is another tools that I can monitor in more detail or any
soluation to stop this IP trafiic to my network

Try it with the Security Scanner from Languard:
http://www.gfi.com/lannetscan/
 
1. Disconnect a part of your network (physicaly disconnect) and check if
IP x.x.x.85 still ist alive.
2. If yes, disconnect next part of your network and check if
IP x.x.x.85 still ist alive.
3. If no, repeat the same with your disconnected part of your network
until you found the talking device.

BTW if you are using WLAN first throw this away and check.

Drop all packets from that IP Adress, and wait for someone claiming,
his internet does not work :)

ok it's nice idea but can I drop the packet from this IP address only
do you haev any tools
