Need to allow user to choose "From"

One user is setup to recieve mail from either (e-mail address removed),
(e-mail address removed), or (e-mail address removed).

The user would like to address certain receipients using different addresses
above and would like to be able to choose "From". How do you configure
Outlook to accomplish this task?

Appreciate the help!
 
1) add multiple accounts to outlook
2) disable word as editor
3) Open new mail message and go to View > From Field
4) close message
5) Re-enable word as editor (if you care)
