Need some help

I have a computer in my domain that I cannot seem to manage. When I try and
connect to the pc it gives me an error as if the pc was off. I have
disjoined the pc from the domain readded it and I have also renamed the pc
and still no luck. Anyone have any suggestions as to what might be causing
this.

Checked the server service and it is running, very strange my SMS is picking
up that machine and I have no problems logging into the network and can use
all the resource on the network. Not quite sure what is going on...
 
The error is "Computer \\pcname cannot be managed. The network path was not
found". I have tried to connect using an IP and that did not work either.??
 
Enter this at the command prompt (cmd.exe) and post your results here.

nbtstat -A TheIPAddressOfTheMachine

If you're in a switched environment try power-cycling the switch to
force it to rebuild address tables.
