Need non-torrent link to Vista64 Recovery CD

For some reason Comcast is not allowing me to download torrents so
I've been googling for a direct link to the Vista64 recovery CD but
the few I've come across are for x32 or are unspecified. I'd like
someone to point me to a non-torrent download to the x64 version.
Thanks.

P.S. COMCAST RECENTLY WON A LAWSUIT THAT WAS FILED AGAINST THEM BY THE
U.S.D.O.J. WHICH SEEKED 2 IMPOSE NETNEWTRALITY ON THEM, AS A RESULT
COMCAST IS ALLOWED 2 BLOCK TORRENTS AS STATED BY A FEDERAL JUDGE!

The best way to get a recovery disk for your computer is to purchase one
from the maker of your computer. Either that, or make a recovery disk set
from the hidden recovery partition on your computer. No downloads necessary.

He's talking about what amounts to a CD to repair the OS, not a CD to
restore to the factory setup.

If you don't have any luck with the Vista 64 repair disk here's my Win7x64
repair disk, it should be OK for Vista:
Win7 Repair Disk 64bit, (180 M/b).

Sorry for the delayed response. I eventually found a direct link to
the 64-bit Vista recovery CD iso after posting my request.
Unfortunately I no longer have that link. Thanks to all who replied.
