need hot fix KB873414

how can I request KB873414 hot fix from microsoft - I seam to be going in
circles from support in Bangalore that is not very helpfull to automated
support that wants to charge me $59 before anything...
Is there an easy way to download this hot fix?

We use site license if that matters.
