problems with "hot" text

When I click on any "hot" text (blue text) in an e-mail my internet browser
goes crazy. It keeps opening over and over again. The only way to stop it
is to re-boot my computer. Does anyone have any idea what I can do to fix
this problem. It's very strange.

I have tried all of the things that you suggested but I am still having the
problem. I was must have a virus of some sort embedded in my system. Any
other suggestions?
