need assistance

i have a laptop that is networked with novel. when i log
on i get a message that says "program error svchost.eve
has generated errors and will be closed by windows." This
does not allow me to do certain things when i am online.
what can i do to fix this?

More detail is probably generated in your Event Logs. A
service may be failing for some reason but without more
info it would be difficult to determine why. Look in your
Event Viewer logs, Application and Services and see if you
can find any errors. Post back with that info.

Open Taskmanager and look for the msblast.exe, mspatch.exe or
teekids-proces. Kill it and go to www.sophos.com to get the removaltool.
After that install ms03-039 from microsoft to prevent from happening again.
