mysterious re-booting

My computer keeps rebooting for some unknown reason. The
frequency of the reboots vary. Microsoft said that the
problem was something called visual ip insight.
IPVNMON.sys. Help
 
Your broad band service provider has included ipvnmon.sys from Visual Networks in their software suite of products you installed. I'm having the same problem with a DSL installation from SBC. I currently, have no solution yet ...
