My Network Places is slow

When using My Network Places, connection times are slow when compared to using a UNC or even drilling down using Entire Network.

I also have another PC that gets a not responding when trying to click on a Network Place from My Network Places.

Any suggestions?
 
Maybe you should configure your network *more* (IP addresses and similar)....
