It 'should' be in Programs>Accessories>Paint. If it isn't there, what shows if you go to Start>Run - then type in "mspaint" - without the quotes? If it still doesn't show put your XP CD into the CD drive then go to Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs and click on 'Add/Remove Windows Components. You should be able to re-install Paint from there.
