msn wont sign on nor internet explorer,...help!!

when i try to log onto msn internet it just keeps attempting..the day before it ran like normal i didnt change anything but it wont connect also when i go check my connections MSN wont even light up...i did a network diagnotisc scan...and it says my internet proxy was enabled..does anyboy no how i can fix this?

I would get Spybot. Install and run it and you will find your problem
fixed I think. These new spy/ad ware programs are messing machines up
