Internet trouble!!!

hi, i am having a problem on Internet Explorer and MSN
explorer. on the internet when a web page, such as email
(hotmail), requires a password it doesn't work. it either
goes to a page like perfectnav.com or an error page. also
outlook doesn't download hotmail emails. when signing in
to MSn Explorer, it keeps attempting but doesn't sign in.
the internet is connected, but passwords seem to be the
problem. any help be appreciated. cheers tom

hey kelly, got Hijack this but dont know how it is
suppose to help because i don't feel confident about
deleting files. can you suggest what files to delete or

2. Run Hijack

1. Reinstall your O/S
2. Run ZoneAlarm on your PC
3. Restore your files
