MSN Explorer wont allow a user to be added

Hi All!

When we try to add a user onto MSN explorer, it goes through all of the
steps. When it gets to it has been doing this for weeks now. There is
currently 1 user on the login screen, and we follow the prompts when it asks
to enter that users pw, since it says they are admin of msn.

I tried this on another computer, both are using XP, and I was successful
when trying to add the user.

I made sure that a firewall wasnt blocking. I have removed MSN explorer, and
reinstalled.

Can it have something to do with the main admin of the actual computer?
On the 1 computer, there is no current password when logging onto the
computer.. On the other one, it automatically logs in, however, there is a
password present, - but that shouldnt have anything to do with it right?
Since all of the correct passwords are present when following the prompts on
MSN to add a user.
Can anyone help? Please? - Its getting annoying logging in as a guest on MSN
Explorer.

Sorry, addendum to my comment - When it gets to the end, and tries to add the
user, it says that it cannot, and to try again later
