MSN Explorer

I am trying to help a friend who is using MSN Explorer and when she added her
to be a user, her husband's user name is gone, and I am unable to add him
back as a user. Does anyone have a solution for this or should I just
uninstall MSN Explorer and then re-install and hope that I can add both users
back?

When doing this .. will the users lose their preferences and favorites?
