MSN Explorer will not sign in

I can connect to the internet using Internet Explorer but when I try to sign
in with MSN Explorer I cannot sign in. There has been no problem in the past
using MSN Explorer. Please send me any suggestions.

MSN Explorer is no longer free. It has transformed into a
"Premium Service". Unless you pay for a subscription, you
cannot use it.
